Robert Digings
Robert Digings is an executive coach and team development consultant who works with senior leaders and executive teams to expand their capacity for leadership, collaboration and meaningful work. His approach focuses on helping individuals and teams update the “maps” that guide their lives and organisations, expand the “boxes” that shape their thinking, and cultivate the relationships that ultimately determine success. Drawing on integrative training in fields such as Gestalt, organisational constellations, systems coaching, the Enneagram and the Diamond Approach, he has spent thousands of hours supporting individuals and teams to explore leadership, relational dynamics and the deeper dimensions of human development.
