Relational Mindfulness

In this conversation with Emma Donaldson-Feilder and Liz Hall we explore relational mindfulness as a living, bidirectional practice—one that weaves inner awareness with the dynamics of relationship to create coherence, depth, and genuine connection in these complex times. Through shared inquiry, shadow work, and an attunement to emergence, the conversation reveals why human presence remains irreplaceable, and how relational fields become energetic containers for real transformation.
