Tara Springett

Tara Springett is a psychotherapist, Buddhist meditation teacher, and qigong instructor with decades of experience in personal growth, spiritual development, and holistic health. She holds an M.A. in Education, with postgraduate training in gestalt therapy, body awareness therapy, and transpersonal therapy, and has worked with thousands of clients, specialising since 2010 in supporting those experiencing kundalini or spiritual crises. A dedicated Buddhist practitioner since 1986, Tara has been encouraged by her teachers Rigdzin Shikpo and the Venerable Garchen Rinpoche to teach meditation. She is the author of ten self-help books, translated into nine languages, and has been featured in numerous publications and media across Europe and the USA.
