About the Guest

Juliette Baigler

Born in London in 1974 Juliette Baigler has spent over two decades working internationally as a leadership coach, facilitator and organisational learning consultant. Her career began in the late 1990s supporting young adults at risk and leading learning-to-learn and community engagement programmes across the UK, before moving into professional coaching with leaders in schools, NGOs and businesses. In 2001 she co-founded Mango Communities CIC, a consultancy focused on partnership-building and organisational capacity, and since 2008 she has served as a long-term associate with Coach in a Box (later BTS), supporting leaders, internal coaches and organisational systems—especially in the education and non-profit sectors. She is an accredited leadership coach with advanced training in somatic approaches and a long-standing commitment to embodied, integrative practice.
