Kyle Dietrich is the founder of Grounded Idealist and co-organizer of the Coaching Collaborative, a powerful global initiative mobilizing thousands of credentialed coaches to support tens of thousands of public servants navigating job displacement and transition. Kyle is also a certified Empowerment Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach. Kyle has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale peacebuilding and humanitarian assistance programs in complex contexts including Haiti, Niger, Turkmenistan, and Burundi and served as Training and Learning Director in USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance until early 2025. Rooted in the belief that investments in our inner and social soil are critical for outer development, Kyle is passionate about cultivating community, healing, and transformative social change in moments of transition.
