Learn the Foundations of Embodied Coaching
Most people think that if you change your mind, you actually change.
You read a few books, watch lectures on YouTube, have a stimulating discussion with a learned friend—and your perspective shifts.
This may be a change of sorts, but this is not deep change—it’s not change that sticks, lasts and change’s someone’s entire life.
Lasting change requires nothing less than the whole of our being. And vitally, it requires us to descend into our bodies and embed the changes in the very way we hold ourselves, feel and behave.
This is the kind of changes that our clients yearn for, and for which the most powerful coaches are celebrated.
Which is why we’ve teamed up with three of the most important embodiment coaches and teachers we know, to create a free video series that will help you grasp the fundamentals of embodied coaching.
Richard Strozzi Heckler is considered by most to be the father of embodied coaching, and so he will introduce you to this powerful methodology through two videos, including actual demonstrations of some of the core techniques.
When you’re able to help your clients embed the changes they’re making in their bodies through practice, the change sticks and sustains.
In the third video, David Treleaven and Elizabeth Stanley will introduce you to a new aspect of embodied coaching, and one that is increasingly vital, especially in these challenging times, namely trauma sensitivity.
When you’re able to identify trauma and stress in your coaching clients, and work with it gently and skillfully, it can not only provide healing and peace for you client, it cans serve as a gateway to some of their biggest challenges.
By participating in this video series, you’ll be able to grasp the fundamentals of embodied coaching, trauma sensitivity, and begin to practice it with your own clients.
Just sign up below for free and we’ll send you all 3 videos.
