For over 35 years, Peter has been helping organizations all over the world connect their strategic change to their organizational culture and leadership development.
Amy Elizabeth Fox is a senior leadership strategist, specializing in issues related to human capital, organizational health and leadership development. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Mobius Executive Leadership, a premier leadership development firm. Amy is also a psychotherapist and an executive coach.
Bob is a pioneer in the field of leadership development & research and is the Founder and Chairman of The Leadership Circle. He’s spent more than 35 years exploring the intersection between leadership, competence and consciousness. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Carroll University and a Masters from Bowling Green State University.

How it works
Re-imagine Leadership is a 6-month online coach training, taught by true pioneers in the world of leadership coaching. These world-renowned coaches, teachers, and thought leaders each bring with them deep wisdom and insight from their decades of experience coaching leaders.
Because this focuses on four main teachers, rather than many, you’ll have the unique opportunity to dive deeply into each of their powerful teachings. There will be more Q&A, and more time dedicated to truly embodying each one of their methodologies.
Each session is live, so you’ll have the opportunity to interact in real time with the esteemed faculty. Of course, everything is recorded and downloadable, so you can watch on your own schedule, and come back to the teachings anytime for deeper learning.
Here’s how it works…
- The 16 core workshops are weekly (with a holiday break in December), for 90 minutes on Zoom. They are interactive sessions that include a teaching lecture, practice, coaching demos and Q+A
- You’ll receive workbooks and transcripts for each session, allowing you to revisit the material and deepen your understanding
- Through 3 Live Actualization sessions, you’ll be guided in a unique and potent practice space where you’ll integrate and embody the powerful practices you’ve been learning

This program is about stepping into and embodying the future of leadership coaching. And one of the keys to opening this door is to unlock emergent leadership qualities within yourself as well as your clients. So this is exactly how we’ve designed Re-imagine Leadership.
Through a mixture of live teaching, coaching demonstrations, facilitated practice sessions, and carefully curated peer practice groups, this course will traverse the entire span of leadership.
You’ll learn conceptual maps and powerful coaching tools, and then you’ll be given a potent space where you can integrate and embody these teachings. The teachers will take you to deep, spiritual places within yourself, and then you’ll study actual companies and case studies that implement these profound principles.
You’ll come away with a deep knowing of how to support leadership evolution, both in yourself and your clients.

How long will I be able to access the downloads of the training?
You’ll have guaranteed access for twelve months following the completion of the program. To retain them longer than this we advise that you download them onto your own computer.
Are the workshops live or pre-recorded?
All our workshops are live via Zoom video conference.
What experience level do I need to take your course?
While there is no specific amount of experience required, our trainings are focused on more advanced coaching skills for existing coaches. However, they are delivered in a way that you should understand even if you are a relative beginner. If you are brand new to coaching and personal development, you may well be better served attending an introductory coaching program.
Can I receive CCEUs, with a certificate?
Yes, if you meet the requirement to earn CCEUs you can receive a certificate of completion.
Can I receive CCEU’s even if I can’t attend the workshops live?
Yes, you can gain CCEUs by viewing the recordings and filling out an online form. The ICF has recently changed their requirements to where they no longer require live attendance.
