Neuroscience is changing the way we coach

As coaches, the air we breathe is change.

It’s our job to help people change, to thrive in the challenges that life thrusts upon them and—in our best moments—truly help them transform their very lives.

This is no small task. And one without a definitive instruction manual.

There are countless methods, philosophies and approaches. How do we know which ones really work for our particular clients? What can we turn to when we find ourselves unable to penetrate into the core of a client’s issue?

Neuroscience offers us powerful new answers to these critical questions.

Through rigorous research, neuroscience is revealing how our brains actually work, and the findings are changing the whole practice of coaching. We’re learning how we respond to different coaching methods—what opens us to change, and what closes us?

When we understand these deep patterns of change, we can consistently guide our clients into the expanded states that underlie transformation.

Which is why we’ve created a free video training series where you’ll learn some of the fundamentals of neuroscientific coaching, including…

  • Why some traditional coaching approaches actually inhibit change, and what we can do instead.
  • What neuroscience reveals about how and why transformation occurs, enabling us to align our coaching with principles of deep change.
  • Which practices and tools are proven to be most effective for change according to neuroscience research, and how we can use them.

Join us for this free introductory video training on the Neuroscience of Change.

Who’s behind this? Who are Coaches Rising?
We were founded in 2009 by two friends passionate about coaching and the dynamics of change. Now a thriving small company based in Amsterdam, our small team creates transformation online trainings, that teach coaches the most powerful approaches we can find.

And we’ve been growing a lot recently! After humble beginnings we are now enrolling thousands of coaches every year into our various programs, and have plans for even more new ways to take our transformational coaching community into deep learning and collaboration.
