How Inside Coaching Works
Unlike our other trainings, Inside Coaching is a self-study program—you decide how you explore it. Here’s what will happen…
We’ll send you one module every week for 10 weeks.
Each one begins with a full, unedited video of a coaching session featuring a master coach and a real client.
Each session is a recorded video, giving you flexibility you don’t have in a live demo. You can pause. Rewind. Study the client. Study the coach. Feel into what you’re drawn to in the conversation. You can progress through the sessions at your pace.
And then, each coach offers a debrief of the session, and explains why they did what they did.
Why did they ask the questions they asked? What inner knowing guided them at key junctures? How did they lead the client to the moment of breakthrough?
You’ll also hear from the client, as they speak about the impact it’s had on them, and the challenges they brought into the session.
And if you want to go a step further, you can clarify your insights through workbooks that will come with each module. Or read back over the conversations using transcripts. Plus, we’ve added 6 bonus modules with other master coaches so you can continue your learning.

What does a self-study program mean?
How long will I be able to access the downloads of the training?
Indefinitely, as long as we’re still going, you should have access to this. So you can take as long as you want to go through the program, or come back time and again.
Is Inside Coaching for new coaches or more experienced coaches?
Newer coaches get to see what “good coaching” looks and sounds like in real time. While experienced coaches get to refine their intuition, deepen their presence, and watch how other masters navigate complex emotional terrain.
Watching master coaches work with real clients is powerful for any coach, regardless of your stage on the journey.
I’m new to coaching. What if the sessions feel too advanced for me?
That’s actually the point – and the gift. You’ll not only watch the full coaching session, you’ll also see the debriefs where the coach breaks down why they made each choice. This removes the overwhelm and turns every moment into a clear learning point you can apply immediately.
Are the clients (and their problems) real?
Yes – every session is unscripted and the clients bring real issues forward. Nothing is staged, polished, or rehearsed. You’re truly going inside the coaching experience and witnessing it in real time as it unfolds.
Do I get direct access to the coaches?
This is a self-study program, so there’s no live coaching or Q&A. But you do get to see them coach and then hear them explain why they did what they did. These debriefs are often the biggest breakthroughs for participants.
Does the program offer CCEUs or a certificate?
