Get 5 free teachings that will help you get to the heart of creating lasting and embodied change

In 2011 we set off on a mission to ask 23 leading figures in the field of coaching, personal development and spirituality what it is that really creates lasting and embodied personal transformation. We set off to uncover the Dynamics of Change.
During our exploration we noticed that there was one thing that distilled all the different perspectives that these experts brought. It’s a dynamic that is beyond any tools or methodologies, and goes to the very heart of change.
“The success of an intervention depends on the interior condition of the intervener.” – William O’Brian
